DE KEURSLAGER, a subsidiary of INTERFARM NV, is a dynamic company with 28 years of experience in meat processing and food service wholesale in Suriname. Because service, quality and food-safety are highly prioritized, the company is continuously setting the (Western and Caribbean) standards, regarding the customer friendly provision of food services in Suriname.

Next to preparing meat cuts and producing meat-products for the catering industry, we also focus on trading of several other food service goods. All these goods are purchased from certified suppliers and importers. 
Over the years we have established a large network of local and international suppliers, which enables us to provide a broad range of meat and meat products, sausages and food service products, such as equipment & utensils, dry goods, beverages, egg products and breakfast items in portion-control packages.

We recently obtained our HACCP certificate, which means we now meet the most stringent requirements concerning food-safety and that we have fully integrated the HACCP-system in our daily operations.

DE KEURSLAGER mainly focuses on:

  • The processing of local and imported beef, pork, lamb and chicken  (preparing wholesale- and portion meat cuts) 
  • The production of several sausage types, of the above mentioned origins
  • The production of snacks and quick-to-prepare products
  • Supplying the local food service/ catering industry with practically everything they need  (FREE-OF-CHARGE DELIVERY)


Our parent company INTERFARM N.V is one of the most reliable Ship chandlers in Suriname, and has been dealing in provision and special supplies for offshore- and marine industries for several years now.

Our goal to become the first HACCP certified Catering Industry Butcher in the region was achieved in November 4th 2010.
